So what is Goorambat Wagyu 100 100 ?
The Wagyu beef under our 100 100 label is 100% Wagyu beef. It is beef that we guarantee to be “full-blood” Wagyu. The term “full-blood” refers to Wagyu cattle that have no grading up or other breeds in their pedigree and originate from the original Japanese Wagyu that were exported from Japan in the 1980’s.

How do we Guarantee our 100 100 Beef?
Each steer that makes up every pack of Goorambat Wagyu 100 100 labeled beef has been DNA parentage verified using the University of Queensland DNA typing laboratory. We supply the lab with tail hair samples from the steer, along with both sire and dam details and the UQ lab matches the tail hair sample up alongside the parentage details we provide to them.

Obtaining Goorambat Wagyu 100 100 Beef
Goorambat Wagyu is sold directly to the public in the form of a 10 kilogram meat pack. We regularly have these meat packs available to our clients which are sold on a pre order arrangement. The meat packs are delivered throughout the Melbourne metropolitan area by refrigerated courier and to other area’s by arrangement.
